Chris has gained retail experience through internal career development strategy adopted by Uchumi in 2002 (Management development programme) that seeks to recognize and grow in-house talent.
Chris Joined Uchumi Supermarket in 2001 as a casual worker in Ngong' hyper Branch and gained retail mastery through his 9 years of hands on work and was the Branch Manager –Uchumi Meru before his posting to Tanzania.
