U Club FAQ's

Q: Can I use my U Club card to earn and redeem at any Uchumi?
A: Yes but within the country of issue.

Q: Expiry of points. Will my points expire?
A: They don’t have an expiry date but shall be lost upon termination of the U Club Card Loyalty program for whatever reason.

Q: Can I exchange the points for money?
A: the points are only to be redeemed for goods and services at Uchumi and shall not be exchanged for money.

Q:Does the loyalty card have a security matrix?
A: Yes it does. Each loyalty card has a four digit pin used by the card holder to check their account status online; should the user notice that another person is aware of their log in credentials, they should notify Uchumi for action.
