Key Experience:

Has a solid background in banking and finance having had a career spanning 17 years in the financial services sector. Ms Mbithi was appointed alternate director representing the Industrial Commercial Development corporation (ICDC) on 22 March 2010.

She is at present the Chief Manager Operations at ICDC. Prior to joining ICDC, she was head of credit at Family Bank and had previously served in various capacities four other banks.
